It was an extremely bad stay, worth less than one star to me. The toilets were dirty and smelled foul, and their exhaust fans didn’t work. The rooms were small, dirty, not cleaned daily, and had cockroaches. Cigarette smell drifted in from neighboring rooms; when I complained, they just suggested spraying room freshener. There was no breakfast or dining area. Towels, water, and other basics weren’t supplied, so I had to request everything separately every day. Drinking water meant taking used, refilled bottles left in a corner on the ground floor. The extra bedding was a filthy mattress, sheet, and dirty blanket. Nothing was available in the rooms.

I booked on the 27th and stayed on the 31st. During the stay, staff demanded extra money, which was outrageous and intolerable, especially given the poor room condition and overall service. Their conduct was unacceptable and felt like harassment. No guest should have to deal with that. I strongly warn others to avoid this hotel.

The room was in very bad shape, with a leaking tap and dirty washroom. The staff were the only good part, but my experience overall was bad.

There were cockroaches in the washroom and little insects flying around the room. The rooms and washrooms were dirty, the bedsheets seemed used, and there was no hygiene at all.
