The reception team were friendly and cooperative, and the in-room dining staff were polite, smiling, and responsive. I especially appreciated Miss Payal's service. She has recently joined the hotel and suggested food options for the kids. The other staff I met were good as well. The hotel is in a prime location, about 2.5 KM from Jaipur International Airport, though it doesn't provide taxis, so visitors rely on local drivers, Ola, or Uber. I stayed with my family for a holiday in the second week of December 2025. My room on the third floor was neat and clean, but small, with limited space for the kids to play. In-room dining is available, though I felt the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus need more options in both Veg and Non-Veg varieties. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay and service, and would suggest it to visitors.

The staff's hospitality was what I liked best, and their behavior was super cool. The management was nice, and the hotel was neat and clean. Food quality was good, with delicious options across all types of food. If you're visiting Jaipur, I'd say stay at this hotel.

The staff behaved well, but the stay was average overall. The rooms are very small, with a compact bathroom and no exhaust fan. The room looked a little luxurious, though. The TV didn't work for the whole 2-3 days despite repeated complaints. They said the dish recharge had run out. Food prices were high.

I'm still in room 112 at Days hotel, Wyndham Kapur, tonk road, and I'm due to check out tomorrow. The bathroom was full of shit when I was given the room. The hotel lays out lots of rules and says smoking in the room can bring a 2k charge or punishment, yet their room sink like hell. Even the midnight menu makes it feel like they're doing us a favor by letting us stay. I'm a hotelier and own hotels, and I find the staff truly inhospitable. This has been very, very bad. Please avoid this hotel. I wouldn't dare come back if I heard about it again.

The reception madam is so warm and welcoming, it feels like she's part of the family and knows us really well. The hotel is fantastic for families, and the food is great too! 😊
