Deluxe With Twin Bed Hotel Braj Haveli

I had a great stay. The room was spacious and clean.

My guest arrived, but the hotel refused to let them check in, even though I'd booked a room and confirmed with the reception at the time of booking. They had told me to pay the hotel directly rather than OYO. After the refusal, I called the hotel's reception number, but no one answered. A terrible property. Please don't book here.

Hotel Brij Haveli, JLN Marg Jaipur, also named Hotel O, was awful. The room smelled foul and hadn't been cleaned; the pillows were dirty and had no covers, and the bed was broken. There was no water in the unclean washroom. Other occupants played loud music until 2 AM, and neither the phone nor the TV worked. No representative was available at reception to hear my complaint. Minus 10 overall.

We had a lovely place to spend quality time as a family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and hygienic, and the food was delicious. The location is excellent, and the staff were warm and friendly. The owner was humble and always willing to help. I highly recommend it.
