Fabhotel Jaipur Emerald

We had to wait for an hour and a half in the weather with my family and baby while asking for a different hotel or a full refund. They told us to seek the refund from the hotel manager, who returned the money the next day after deducting one day's room rent, even though we hadn't stayed for even an hour. Fab hotels still didn't refund the full amount despite several calls. I booked Fabhotel Jaipur Emerald for three days, paying Rs 840 to Fab hotels when booking and Rs 2518 at the hotel. On check-in, the room was in a condition I never expected from FABHOTELS, and it was so dirty I'd never seen a room like it. There were cigarette filters, Gutkha and Pan spit on the wall, dust everywhere, a filthy washroom, and a few small cockroaches. The photos on the app under Fabhotel Jaipur Emerald were totally fake, and there was no Fabhotels branding at the property. The attached pictures show the kind of hotels Fabhotels ties up with.

The rooms weren't cleaned, the walls were badly maintained, and the floors were red with pan masala. Sockets didn't work, and there were no towels or soap. The complimentary breakfast had just two choices. Very poor service.

The staff were good, though I had to wait a while before checking in. They didn't provide a towel or bath soap.

I checked out after just 15 minutes because the room and washrooms were so dirty. Had to leave early, worst hotel experience.
