I booked and paid in advance for a room at fabhotel pink city for 24th nov, but they transferred my booking to some fabhotel Ajanta without giving a reason. I tried every number I could find through WhatsApp, calls, and customer care to ask why, but couldn't reach anyone. When I arrived, the place wasn't actually called fabhotel Ajanta, it was being run as Chawla hotel. They have tie ups with properties like that and name them as their own. The room was pathetic, the bed covers stank and were stained, and there was an odor of freshly smoked cigarette. The invoice amount didn't match what I'd paid for pinkcity. The whole stay was unprofessional and unethical, with the worst customer support and bad practices I've ever experienced. I'll boycott this hotel chain for life. Maybe they'll try to respond or contact me now, but I really hope they don't. This experience even made me delete my booking.com profile because there's no scrutiny or service oriented approach to customer expectations.

Hotel Pink city prime exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and spacious, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff were friendly. It made my stay memorable, and I'd highly recommend it.

Food arrived late, and they served what they preferred instead of what the customer needed. They didn't even provide a water bottle in the room unless I asked. At check-in, the process was extremely slow and tedious, and the front desk staff didn't help with the issue, so I had to call customer care to sort it out. Their lack of responsiveness and general indifference was frustrating and made me feel unwelcome. The room itself wasn't up to standard either, with a bad smell and a dirty blanket that made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic.

The service from arrival through departure exceeded expectations, and the rooms were spotless. The facilities were well maintained, and the hotel's cleanliness surprised me. The service and amenities made the cost feel justified.

It was an average stay, okay if you just need somewhere to sleep. The washroom smelled, its taps weren't working, and there were water issues. There were no toiletries, and the room only had a mirror by the basin.
