The rooms are clean, comfortable, and good quality for the price. There’s a kitchen, and the food is freshly made and hygienic. It’s also close to the airport, so it works for a night’s stay. But the staff came across as rude and impolite, with a rather domineering attitude. I booked one night online and tried to extend on the second day, offering to pay when I checked out. Reception told me I had to book in advance for that day or start paying by the hour straight away. It wasn’t worth arguing over. I was also alone as a woman, and the atmosphere didn’t feel very female friendly. The vibes were different.

We arrived with three families and four young children, aged 1, 3, 4, and 6, and at 3:00 AM a staff member told us to take a refund and leave when we raised our concerns. Finding somewhere else at that hour with the kids felt impossible and unsafe. The staff’s response was irresponsible and showed little care for our safety or comfort. We had booked Super Deluxe rooms through the Agoda app, but were given Standard rooms instead. The rooms were filthy, with stained, unpleasant bed sheets and towels. We paid ₹11,500 for three rooms, though the rooms we got seemed worth no more than ₹500 each. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers either. I would never recommend staying here, and I’d take back five stars if I could. The five-star reviews look fake to me, as if the hotel itself posted them, which is misleading for genuine customers. This place doesn’t deserve a rating.

We had a great experience here. The hotel is right by the highway, and the food was tasty with nice, quick service. A really good place to stay when visiting Jaipur, and we had no issues.
