Fabhotel Pravaasam Residency

We booked a premium room online and had already paid part of the amount. When we arrived, the manager, ashish, refused to give us the premium room and told us to either accept a deluxe room at the premium price or change hotels. His phone showed the premium room we were meant to get, but he kept demanding payment and wouldn't listen. He was very rude and horrible to deal with. The property wasn't clean, and the rest of the staff were rude too. A terrible experience.

The rooms themselves are decent, but the service was very poor. Even with a confirmed booking, the rude reception staff made us wait for no reason, tried to give us fewer rooms than we had booked, and refused basic things like extra towels. Their behavior toward guests was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to families.

Breakfast wasn't served at all. When I asked, they said the kitchen wouldn't open until 10am, so I had to check out without eating, and the money I'd spent on it was wasted. The rooms were only okay, with torn bedsheets, bugs and poor maintenance. Pathetic stay, and not suitable for families.

I booked through Flipkart, but the hotel refused to accept payment through it. At checkout they charged me an extra 600 rupees because I was only 30 minutes late. The staff behaved very poorly. Don't stay here, pick another hotel.
