Hotel Suraj Villa By OYO Rooms

The AC was dead, the fan controller was broken, and none of the electrical appliances worked. The room and bathroom were dirty too, and the bedsheet, pillow, and blanket all needed cleaning. When I asked for fresh bedding, he changed just the bedsheet after I insisted. I booked through the OYO app, but when I arrived at night, he asked me to pay him directly instead. That cancelled my OYO booking, and I had no choice but to stay for one night. A horrible experience. Don’t book this place unless it’s serviced by OYO.

The staff didn’t take the problems seriously, and nothing was sorted out during my stay at OYO Hotel Suraj Villa. My room was dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, and the air conditioning barely worked, making the room unbearable. The wifi was down too, so I couldn’t stay connected or get my work done. I told the staff several times, but they didn’t act. It was a completely disappointing stay, and I’d recommend avoiding this hotel.

You can keep raising issues with the manager, but he ignores you. I don’t understand the reviews calling him genuine. The hotel didn’t even have water, and they charged extra on top of an already excessive fare. The rooms have no windows, the washrooms are tiny and confusing, and there’s no hygiene. The AC doesn’t work properly in any room, and power cuts come with no backup. Most reviews on Google, Oyo, and trivago seem fake. Booking here means a really bad experience. This place is rubbish, and I’m not saying that because I’m the owner’s enemy. Stay away from these fraudulent hotels.

When you book through Oyo, swipe across the amenities and you’ll see there’s no AC, TV, wifi, and so on. We didn’t notice that while booking. They put us in a room where the hotel workers stay. There was an AC in the room, but no TV, and when we asked for the AC remote, they said the Oyo booking listed AC and TV as not included. Worst hotel ever. Jaipur has plenty of other places, so don’t stay here.
