Super Collection O Raja Park Jaipur

We booked three rooms for three days, and not one was clean. Dust, stained curtains and floors, a strange smell, cockroaches in the cupboard, and plants growing on the balcony made the rooms awful. The bathrooms were just as bad, with a stained mirror and an unclean toilet. We asked several times for help, then asked to change rooms, but those rooms were no better. Even after we asked them to at least clean, nobody came during our three-day stay. Reception staff were very rude and offered no customer service. There were four or five men sitting around at reception, seemingly interested only in taking the money. When we checked out, they didn't tell us they still had our IDs, which they had taken at check-in. We remembered after leaving and called several times, asking them to courier the IDs or hand them to our bus driver since we were staying three to four hours away and the buses passed right in front of the hotel. They refused and told us not to disturb them. This was a horrible experience, and this hotel shouldn't be approved for stays.

We only stayed about an hour before asking for our money back because the room was so bad and unclean. They'd promised a better room, but it was even worse. They returned only 70% of our money. There were insects in the water we asked for to drink. The whole experience was awful.

The washroom was very dirty and the room wasn't good either. Cleaning was inadequate, and the stay was disappointing. I won't come back or recommend the place to anyone, male or female. It needs better management and hygiene.

It's a budget-friendly place, and the staff are nice and very cooperative ☺️☺️
