Fabhotel Rushank Residency

The taps and the bathroom door were broken, and there were no buckets or bathroom mats. When I asked for buckets and door mats, the receptionist refused. The bathroom wasn't tidy or hygienic, the rooms were unclean, and the bedsheets were dirty. Staff behaviour was rude too. A very bad experience.

There are no windows in any of the rooms, and the washrooms were very dirty and unhygienic. The staff were disrespectful and treated me badly. If they offer a triple-sharing room, don't be misled. They give you a normal bed and call it triple sharing. I'd recommend that nobody stay here.

The location is in the city, but the condition of the rooms was awful. They were very dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bedsheets were dirty, the pillow covers hadn't been changed, and the AC didn't work. One room on the 2nd floor had used condem's and cigrette buds under the cot. It was very unhygienic and felt more suited to couples than a family. The boys working there weren't good with customer service, and the owner Parshant wasn't around to hear feedback about the hotel's condition. My family and I were touring Jaipur and ended up checking in after some last-minute changes. It was one of my worst experiences recently. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It gives visitors from other metro cities a very bad impression of Jaipur, and they should change the name from Rushank hotel to something else.

The building looks more like a luxurious home than a hotel, and getting to the main attractions takes a bit of travel, though you can reach places quickly because the city isn't very crowded. Service was good, and the food was tasty but expensive. Room rates seemed moderate. Hygiene was average, and the facilities were very poor, with tiny rooms and even a small lift. Depending on your room, outside noise in the morning may disturb you.
