The room was good for the price, and the staff were supportive. There was a small leak from the toilet flush.

Days 1 and 3 were good. Day 2 was disturbing: between 8pm and midnight, someone on the same floor seemed drunk and kept shouting and yelling at someone. I could hear it with my door closed. The hotel should avoid letting drunk people stay, or at least keep them off the floor where families are staying.

I felt trapped after coming here. The rooms smelled damp, the walls were damp, and both the pillow cover and quilt had holes. The website pictures didn't match the actual room, and when I asked the Fab hotel team to move me, they said it wasn't possible. A total waste of money.

The room was unclean, the bedsheet was torn, and a bad smell kept coming from the room. Not a good experience.

The washroom was stinky and the shower was broken. The rooms were pathetic, and the staff service was below par. Worst hotel to stay in.
