The front desk service made an already uncomfortable stay more stressful. When I raised my concerns, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. The room was unacceptable, with visibly dirty sheets and blankets and a persistent unpleasant smell. The bathroom was unhygienic and poorly maintained, and there was no running water during my stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Look elsewhere.

Rats and cockroaches were roaming around the room, and the bad smell made it impossible to stay in that dirt. I had booked two rooms for three days, but the AC wasn’t working. When I complained at reception, they said they couldn’t do anything and told me to adjust, then started behaving rudely. It became such a big issue that I had to call the police. Terrible service and a terrible experience. Don’t waste your time or money here.

We booked three days, but after a family emergency the hotel wouldn’t refund us. We asked them to return the money for at least one or two days. They’ve lost their humanity just to make money. Both the hotel and MakeMyTrip are responsible. Don’t book anything through MakeMyTrip. They’re scammers.
