I booked a room for 350 during an online offer, but when exams came, they gave it to other people without telling me. When I arrived at 2 AM, staff demanded 800 rupees for a room. I was alone and miserable on the road after they kicked me out in the middle of the night for refusing. I hope karma gives them the same treatment. They list the hotel online, then say you never booked anything when you show up. They don't answer the phone, so you have to argue with online staff to get a refund. Please, please avoid this place.

The restaurant/cafe is clean, and the food is good in Jotwada. For a stay, though, it's below average. Not one room is clean, and the AC doesn't work properly. Even when AC is included on the booking sheet, the hotel denies it and charges another 400 or 500 per day through booking websites.

We waited 40 minutes, then they told us they didn't have what we'd ordered. Worst restro. Disgusting place. Don't visit, and I won't recommend it to anyone.

The place and location are good, so I'm giving it four stars. The facilities didn't satisfy me, and management is lacking. They take a long time to handle any request.

Hotel dev palace is a nice place where you can eat and stay. It's a hotel with a restaurant, and there's also a party hall in the basement that you can book for small functions, like birthdays.
