The property said no room was available at Agoda’s quoted price of 517 rs and demanded 2000 rs when I arrived to check in. I showed the booking confirmation, but Agoda’s response was that the hotel was overbooked and they couldn’t help. The place is also far from the city, and the rooms don’t match the website pictures. Terrible experience.

The bathroom was filthy, and the AC didn’t work. TVs and geysers were shown on the apps, but the rooms didn’t have them. They advertise cheap rates across different sites, then charge extra in person and won’t honor the booking site’s price. Avoid this place. Awful experience.

I paid in advance after booking through OYO for around Rs 500. The OYO agent said the room would have a geyser, but at the hotel the manager and staff refused to honor OYO’s price. They quoted Rs 800 for a room without a geyser or Rs 1200 for one with it, saying they didn’t follow OYO prices. Then why list the rooms on OYO? Customer care put me on hold nearly ten times, for more than 30 minutes. A terrible experience. Avoid this hotel and booking through OYO.

The manager or owner wanted 700₹ per night even though I’d already paid an amount lower than what he asked. On top of that, the room was very untidy: used sheets and pillow covers had been left there, and the washroom wasn’t usable.

For the price, the hotel itself was good. The catch is that they don’t accept online bookings through OYO or other apps because those rates are much cheaper.
