At 800 rs, the price felt fair, especially since other places were asking much more just for a geyser. The room looked larger in the pictures than it really was, but that wasn't a problem for me. The location is prime and the service is reasonable for the rate. Staff were supportive. On the 4th Floor there was no Internet Router, so I couldn't use WiFi in my room, though the Wi-Fi speed was 40 Mbps. A decent experience, and I didn't feel ripped off. Attached some photos.

Booking was simple: just call and deposit some advance online. It's a family hotel near Jaipur railway station, with good staff and very clean rooms. There are different room types to fit a budget. I'd recommend it.

The washrooms were in very bad shape. The jet sprays didn't work properly, then suddenly turned on and sprayed water everywhere. There were cockroaches and bugs in the beds and blankets too. They charge extra for everything and have a gangster-like attitude. If you're traveling with family, don't even consider staying here. Go at your own risk.

It's about a five-minute walk from JAIPUR RAILWAY STATION, and there are eateries outside, so finding food wasn't an issue. The auto drivers I spoke with said it wasn't a good hotel, though. My room was spacious enough for one person, with a single bed, TV, towel, shampoo, and oil all prepared. The geyser switch was outside the room. The receptionist wasn't rude, but didn't seem helpful either. He answered questions as if they were a chore and wouldn't give me a straight answer. There was water in the room, but I don't know how old it was. I took a sip, found it bitter, and spat it out. It was a so-so stay for me.
