The AC never worked, even after I complained several times, and the staff didn’t offer a real solution. They wouldn’t move me to another room or provide a refund or compensation. In this heat, that made the stay extremely uncomfortable. I had booked and paid full price for an AC room. At check-in they first showed me a decent room, then moved me to a different one, saying it was the same. I felt misled, and that kind of promise followed by poor service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless management improves its honesty and basic services.

At 5am, a group of men made so much noise that they woke us up. When I mentioned it at reception, they laughed and said “chance.” There was no respect for guests. The place was very dirty and noisy, and the pictures are fake. They gave us a water bottle that was already open, with unfiltered water in it. This was the worst hotel in India. Don’t go.

I booked a room on Agoda for 1300, but they refused to give me an AC room and asked for 2100 for one. The service here is poor.

We had an enjoyable stay here. It’s a good place in Bhawanipatna for family functions.

The manager spoke rudely, and they weren’t clear about the actual price. The facilities were bad.
