We had a stain on the bedsheet as soon as we arrived. I called the front desk twice for clean linens, and both times they said someone would come, but no one did. We had to sleep on the dirty sheets. The bathroom was filthy too, with grime in the shower grout and a toilet that looked as if it hadn't been scrubbed in weeks. When I went to the lobby to complain about the cleaning, the staff member dismissed me and rolled their eyes. The hygiene and attitude were awful. I can't believe this hotel is still operating. The stay was a nightmare, and it wasn't worth the money or frustration. Book somewhere else.

For that price, the room was decent, though the washroom was dirty and cockroaches seemed to greet us whenever we came back into the room. We paid 1000 for an AC room from September 20 to 23. The TV didn't work despite us telling the staff for two days. They did try to fix it, but couldn't.

The building is old, with poor infrastructure and a bad atmosphere. There was no security, and bachelors wandered in front of the room in shorts, which affected our privacy. The TV didn't work either. The accommodation was the worst.

The washroom wasn't good, and I found the staff rude and corrupt. We were stuck in traffic, which was a genuine problem, but they charged us double for an extra hour. They hadn't explained this charge beforehand. It felt like they were cheating and looting customers. I wouldn't stay there.
