There’s no hygiene here, and the manager speaks rudely and uses inappropriate language every time. It was my worst experience. If negative ratings were an option, I’d give this hotel and its management one.

There was no cleanliness. Every room had leaks, the bathrooms were dirty, and both the beds and sheets were dirty. They never provided water, a towel, or soap.

I booked for two days but left after just one. The place is tiny and hard to locate, even when you’re right by the gate. The rooms were messy and nothing like the pictures, and the washrooms weren’t hygienic. They wouldn’t let me check in at noon. Staff didn’t know how to speak to customers, and seemed more interested in money than guests.

I booked through OYO, then was told they don’t accept OYO bookings. They said they could arrange a room if I paid 250 more. That felt fraudulent, and I wouldn’t recommend going there.

The room wasn’t clean, and the manager was very rude. He didn’t behave properly or give clear answers.
