The blankets were literally burned, and when we asked for one, we got only a single blanket. Calling for another didn’t work, so we had to go down to reception. We got it, but things got a bit heated with the service man. Then the female receptionist called and spoke rudely. She said their worker had cried and resigned from the hotel. The owner called after that and was rude too, so we checked into another hotel at 1:34 AM.

Please don’t book here. They use abusive language and keep bothering you even after you ask them to leave the room. If you leave, they can charge up to 50%. When I tried to record a video, they paused it and my mobile too. Avoid this place.

The female receptionist had a really bad attitude, like she was doing us a favor instead of providing a service. Seriously, they need to learn some manners and how to treat customers.

The staff were cooperative, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. Prices are affordable too. Five stars in every category.

Good staff, and the room service could be better.
