Hotel Sajjan Niwas

The staff were always willing to help, and communicating with the host was easy, so check-in went smoothly. We felt relaxed throughout our stay at Sajjan Niwas. The place was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and everything seemed well managed. We'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Jaipur.

The food was very good, and the central location made it easy to get around Jaipur. The rooms are spacious and attractive, and the staff are polite and helpful, so the first impression is comfortable. But the washroom hygiene was poor, with cockroaches showing up often. The geyser also seemed to send electric current through the water, making hot water unsafe and unpleasant to use. Along with other maintenance issues, this affected comfort quite a bit. The hotel is budget-friendly, though nearby places that cost a little more offer much better hygiene, safety, and facilities. I'd consider it only for a one-day stop, not a longer stay given those concerns.

I left my watch behind when I left Jaipur, and Mr. Chhote, the manager at Sajjan Niwas, personally called to let me know and arranged to courier it without hesitation. He was very kind and honest, and I'm grateful to him and the whole team. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the food was excellent, and the terrace seating area was beautiful. I'll stay here again when I'm next in Jaipur.

Rooms 210 and 204 were clean, spacious, and well kept, with prompt service whenever we needed something. Housekeeping, room service, and general assistance were all handled by polite, professional staff who were keen to help. We were warmly welcomed by the manager and the team as soon as we arrived at Sajjan Niwas, and that hospitality made us feel comfortable and valued. The hotel felt peaceful, with comfort and cleanliness matched by attentive service. It offered great value and a memorable stay in Jaipur, and I'd recommend it.
