The whole place felt neglected and dirty, and the food was very poor. There was no hot water, and the tea was black and bitter. Our room was badly maintained, with torn bedsheets and cockroaches everywhere, and cleanliness was almost nonexistent. The staff were on holiday, so we had to carry all our luggage up to the second floor ourselves because there was no lift. It wasn't worth the price or the rating, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Jaipur.

The services were poor, though we did find a place of worship nearby.

My brother-in-law pointed us to Hotel Heera Palace after we'd spent more than three hours struggling to find a place to stay in Jaipur. With Christmas Eve and the holiday season, every hotel was full and charging exorbitant prices. Hotel Heera Palace had just one room left, but the owner gave us the regular rate and even a discount. That kindness reminded me there are still genuinely good people in the world. We had a delightful stay there on December 24th and 25th.

The rooms were clean, the service was very good, and the prices were budget friendly. It's a good place to stay, though it's quite far from the city centre.
