I’ve had plenty of hotel stays over the past 8 years, and this was the worst. My wife was with me, and I was short on time to catch my train, so after negotiating I ended up paying an extra charge. I was only an hour late, but they insisted on charging me extra. They hadn’t told us we were past checkout, knocked on the door, or notified us in any way. It felt deliberate, as if they wanted to charge us for another full day. They didn’t give me a bill for the stay or the extra payment, only a food bill. When I questioned the charge, they threatened to call the police and said I’d have to pay a full day’s rate one way or another. They even called people they described as illiterate to come to the hotel. I ask the owner to look into this. I can’t tell if management is aware of this kind of behavior or if it’s only certain staff, but with staff and service like this, they’ll lose customers. Hospitality should mean providing the service customers pay for, not taking money unfairly. I’d urge people to boycott the hotel, and Jaipur’s hotel union to look into its practices, since many reviews describe similar problems.

It felt like a family run hotel, and I had a great stay. It’s in a good spot near the bus stand. Receptionist Mr. Akash yadav was especially nice.

My room was decent and clean for the one night I stayed, and the bathroom was in good shape too. I had my own things, so I didn’t use the hotel accessories. It was an okay stay. A discount on the rate would have made it much better.

We stayed an hour past checkout because of a minor inconvenience, and the staff demanded payment for an entire extra day. They hadn’t knocked or told us we were over time, and they wouldn’t listen when we tried to explain. Other reviews describe the same experience, which makes me think it was intentional. They know guests can get confused about the checkout time, but didn’t alert us. The staff and hotel seem greedy for money and like scammers. I’d ask anyone reading this to avoid staying here.

They began asking for extra money after I’d checked in, without giving a valid reason or having mentioned it when I booked. It felt like cheating. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and the whole experience was very bad. Totally unacceptable.
