The noise made it hard to get any proper rest. Rooms sit between the rooftop restaurant and two lively bars on the ground and first floors. Bar and staff noise carried on past midnight, then started again around 4am. Earplugs didn't solve the problem. The restaurant itself is decent, with good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and gentle live music on some evenings. But service is inconsistent, and the experience feels overpriced. The hotel décor is pleasant but dated, and the general approach to service is so relaxed it comes across as inattentive. Arranging transfers or tours took repeated follow-ups because communication was sloppy; in the end, we arranged the tours ourselves. Basic things you'd expect at this price were missing, including bottled water, a fridge in the room, hangers, and hand towels. If you need chilled medication, you have to use the restaurant fridge. There were maintenance problems too, with flickering or dead lights and a bathroom that wasn't clean enough. The online check-in process didn't go smoothly and felt pointless, since they asked for the same information again on arrival. Not a restful stay, and another place would probably be a better choice.

The room felt worn out. A window was missing a pane of glass, so car horns, dogs fighting, music, fireworks, and the smell of burnt cooking oil all seemed to come straight into the room. We barely rested, even with earplugs. The mattress was thin and sagging, and the curtains wouldn't cover the windows. It wasn't the stay we hoped for. At least we had A/C and hot water. The Peacock restaurant was surprisingly good, really good, and the staff responded when we needed them. They returned our laundry as promised.

Please read this. Hotel Pearl Palace and Peacock Restaurant are in the same building. There are bars on three floors under different names, plus a rooftop restaurant where guests can eat. The restaurant was packed, so I got my food to go and started eating in the car. I'm uploading photos and a video of the food, and what you'll see may shock you. This could have happened to someone else before or after my visit, but people look at the star ratings and often don't have time to read reviews. If you read reviews, please tell your friends to read the Plus reviews too, for their own convenience. Look at the videos and photos and decide how many stars the place deserves. The management or owner should review the hotel's audio camera recordings. And if you've visited, please leave a review, even a short one. Make sure to review every place. Thank you.

The Peacock rooftop restaurant was our favorite part. The food was delicious, the cocktails were great, and the atmosphere was lovely. Staff were amazing and helped us when we lost our key somewhere in Jaipur. We had a great stay at Pearl Palace in Jaipur. The hotel was excellent and very clean. There was a little noise at night, but it was a wonderful experience overall, and we'd definitely come back.

The rooftop restaurant is great and worth visiting. We also had good service when we arrived around 6am: they gave us a temporary room while ours was being prepared. We left early because of the deafening party noise from the cocktail bar in the same building. At 11pm the windows were vibrating, and they wouldn't turn the volume down despite our repeated requests. The previous night was noisy too, though manageable. Our room was average and didn't look like the online pictures.
