Hotel Park Areca

Miss urmila is a very good manager. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay, with excellent cleanliness and very good service. The staff were cooperative and polite.

This was an extremely disappointing stay. The location was inconvenient, and the rooms were unhygienic, with floors and the washroom clearly not cleaned properly. When we asked for room cleaning, receptionist Aditi rudely said there was no staff. She also claimed she'd given us a room “because of our emergency,” which we had never mentioned. Her unprofessional attitude made a basic paid service feel like a favor. It doesn't deserve even one star.

The rooms had sand and were dirty, the bedsheets and towels weren't clean, and the bathroom wouldn't drain properly. The taps didn't work, and there was no bellboy to help with bags. We paid separately for food, but none was provided. They insisted on full payment at check-in, then kept delaying the bill after we asked for it, and still hadn't given it to us after checkout. The manager was awful and told many lies. The staff were rude, uneducated, and money minded. Don't trust the receptionist either. This is a horrible, suspicious place with poor service and no civic sense. Please don't go, even if it's free. It's not really Park Hotel.

The location was convenient while still being peaceful, and the food was tasty with prompt service. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Hotel Park Areca, Jaipur, with clean, spacious, well-maintained rooms. Good value for money, and I'd recommend it. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location:
