Hotel Park Ocean

We stayed for three nights, and check-in was quick. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, with good service and tasty, clean food. There's a good shopping mall nearby with branded shops. A few things could be better: the hallway to our rooms smelled bad, and an air freshener unit would help. There's only one socket in the room that fits a square-pin charger, and they charge for ice cubes. We didn't use the pool because the water didn't look clean enough. Otherwise, we had a good experience.

The staff were helpful and polite, and both the rooms and food were excellent. I had a very good stay at Hotel Park Ocean jaipur with my family. It's a great hotel, and I'd recommend it in Jaipur.

The room they first showed me was good, so I asked if I could book online. They said yes, and I booked for Rs 2,000 less than the offline price. I even got the confirmation email, and a staff member said it was booked. But then they claimed they had no tie-up with the site and demanded the offline price of Rs 6,500. One staff member came out and started arguing with me, so I left after paying the GST amount, which was all I was supposed to pay at the counter. The staff were extremely rude, shouting over me, and seemed money minded. The owner may not know this is happening, but should look into it. Money isn't everything. If this keeps up, no one will come to this hotel. I wouldn't stay here.

I found the staff rude and unprofessional at Hotel Park Ocean in Jaipur. In my experience, they judged guests by how they were dressed and treated foreigners with respect while ignoring or disrespecting Indian customers. If you're not dressed formally or professionally, they refuse to give you a room and show no courtesy. It was very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to Indians or anyone expecting fair treatment and basic hospitality. In reply to Hotel Park Ocean: I came to your hotel, and you can check your CCTV cameras if you don't believe me. That day your staff didn't respond at all. If you're the right person, speak normally and politely, not like a joker. That shows your real nature. I stayed at RAMADA Hotel because of your poor response. Don't call genuine reviews fake. Customers will respect you if you treat them with respect. From my experience, it seemed that celebrities were welcome, while ordinary customers weren't treated properly.
