Parking was just an open area, so leaving a vehicle there felt like leaving it to luck. Inside, the room had no wardrobe for luggage, and there wasn’t a proper place to get dressed, just a mirror roughly 1 by 3. The bathroom leaked and wasn’t clean, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and there was no toilet paper. There was no phone to call reception, so you had to use your own. The LED wasn’t working, and the lights were broken. Even the message on the bathroom door was written like something on a government school door. There were spider webs and lots of flies. I’ve never stayed in a hotel this low quality.

The bathroom was kept in good shape, and the shower worked fine. The rooms were clean and tidy, with room service among the best I’ve had in this class. The AC worked well. The TV didn’t handle HD channels, but that wasn’t a deal breaker.

The hotel is about 22 km from Jaipur Junction and sits on the highway, so cab and transport costs can add up. Service fell short, and the bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly. There was no mosquito repellent, and hot water was available in only a few rooms.

I was quoted Rs. 1800 for three nights through OYO, but on arrival they said they didn’t accept OYO bookings and charged me Rs. 4500 instead. I was shocked, but with three nights booked and freezing weather outside, I didn’t have much choice. When I booked, they’d said the room had a TV, AC, heater, and water heater. In reality the TV didn’t work, the water heater didn’t work, and the AC had no hot air. The so-called heater was there but useless. WiFi was the only thing working. Please read the reviews before booking. I’d give this place zero stars.

I paid online through OYO because my exam was the next day at Arya college of engineering. Once I arrived, the hotel said it wouldn’t take OYO bookings and demanded payment there, so I had to pay an extra 1000 rupee in an emergency. OYO told me it would refund my money, but it never did. The staff were rude, and the whole thing ruined my mood before the exam. Don’t book this useless hostel turned hotel through OYO, and don’t pay online.
