Hotel Pulse Inn

The rooftop dining area was well-maintained, and the staff were cooperative with fast room service. There was hot water 24*7 in winter. Rooms are a little small but comfortable, and the tasty food is cost effective, though the selection is limited. Overall, a budget-friendly hotel.

Even with the high rent, drinking water wasn’t provided, and when we asked for an extra towel, the staff refused. Hot water also wasn’t available in winter, which made the basic facilities feel inadequate for the price. The staff were rude and arrogant, with no concern for our comfort. The rooms were much smaller than the photos suggested, barely giving us space to move around. They kept pushing their private city transport, which was overpriced and felt more like a business trap than a helpful suggestion. The service was poor, facilities were minimal, and there was no value for money. I strongly wouldn’t recommend staying here. Look for somewhere that respects its guests.

For the price, Hotel Pulse Inn Jaipur was pretty decent. The room was small but clean and cozy, which worked well for a quick stay. The staff were very nice, and it felt like a good budget-friendly hotel.

The staff were rude, unprofessional and no help at all. The AC and Wi-Fi barely worked, room service was slow and careless, and the food was poor quality and not hygienic. The room was dirty, the bedsheets stained, and the bathroom smelled bad and was unhygienic. The place was poorly maintained and nothing like what’s shown online. It was overpriced and lacked basic hospitality. My trip was spoiled, and I’d strongly advise tourists against staying here. A total waste of money.
