The food stood out for me: it was delicious, had plenty of variety, and tasted authentic. The rooms at Hotel RJ18 were clean, comfortable, and well kept, too. Staff were consistently polite and helpful. One of my best hotel experiences. I'd recommend it for both a stay and a meal.
I was left scrambling when they cancelled my booking before my exam. They gave an excuse about there being no power, then offered rooms offline at three times the price. At check-in, they raised the price without telling me and cancelled the booking. The hotel and staff were awful. Don't risk booking here.
The room's hygiene was poor, and the hospitality wasn't good either.
The low price is a plus, and the staff were very supportive. You could consider it for a small party of 10-15 people. As a place for couples, it's just okay: the rooms are small and all alike, and you can hear people in other rooms through the bathroom area.
I couldn't sleep properly because noise came from the gallery and other rooms. The room was cramped and very small, with a broken toilet seat and no decent table or chair. It wasn't clean, including the bathroom, sheets, pillow covers, and quilt cover, which had hair and dirt on them. The geyser also didn't provide hot water. A disgusting experience, with no professionalism.
