Hotel Royal Ocean

Breakfast was average for both taste and quality, and there weren’t many good options. They also didn’t provide the amenities they advertised. I changed rooms twice because the bathrooms were in terrible condition each time. Bad experience, I wouldn’t choose this hotel.

I’ve been coming back regularly for the past few months while on business in Jaipur. The rooftop Resturant is a nice extra, and the food there tastes good and is good quality. Staff are friendly and courteous, and they’ll go out of their way to help. The rooms are clean and good. For the quality, the price is very good value for money. I hope they keep up the cleanliness and service so I can keep visiting.

I had to call the police to sort things out with the hotel, and that made an already distressing stay unbearable. The staff were unprofessional and indifferent to my concerns, and didn’t seem willing to help. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly. I asked several times, but the problem was never fixed, and the heat kept me from getting a good night’s sleep. My experience at Hotel Royal Ocean was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it and would advise other customers to look elsewhere.

The bathroom was gross, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and the food was disgusting. The beds felt like rocks, with pillows so flat it was like having none. Save your money and stay away from this dump!
