In room 107, I noticed a smell as soon as I walked in. The staff said ventilation might be the issue and sent me to room 105. There, part of the false ceiling was broken. They told me it had fallen the day before. After around 30 minutes to an hour, I noticed a smell in that room too. The washroom exhaust had no fan inside, which surprised the staff member who came to check. I also found dead bugs by the windows, towels that didn't look washed, and an electrical board that came loose and started hanging when I sat on the bed to charge my phone. I booked another hotel after all that. They refused to refund me, even with these problems. I've filed a complaint with makemytrip and probably won't book fabhotels again.

I spent one night here on an official trip. The room was quite spacious and had a kitchenette, with basic cutlery provided. The furniture and fixtures were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and cooperative.

The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and the staff were humble and decent. I liked the hotel and would stay again.

At a price of more than 2400, the service was like a dharamshala, actually worse. The bedding had bedbugs, and the room was full of insects and cockroaches. The online photos look three or four years old. The place and its staff were miserable, and calling it merely bad doesn't cover how awful it was. It felt like somewhere you'd get an infection. My advice is to never stay here.

I booked through a fabhotel agent, but when I raised a few concerns after booking, no one responded. Some of the hotel staff were harsh and wouldn't listen. There was no hot water, and even after I told them two or three times, they ignored it. The service was extremely poor and not worth the money.
