The guests had a wonderful experience, and the team handled everything beautifully. The banquet setup at your restaurant was impressive and well-organized, with good decoration and cleanliness. Staff behavior was professional. Food was outstanding in taste, presentation, and variety. The arrangements and food were truly excellent. Thank you for the hospitality.

The view from our room was awesome, and the rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable after a long travel day. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. We felt relaxed and content because every detail was handled thoughtfully. The food was delicious and offered a great variety. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended! 💛

We only stopped in for lunch, since I didn't stay at the hotel. The chole chawal was delicious, full of rich flavor and spices, and the staff were welcoming and attentive to our needs. The restaurant itself was great, air conditioned, with a good atmosphere and a clean, hygienic restroom. The area outside is a little unhygienic.

The one thing going for this place is its location, around 1 km from Hawa Mahal. The rest fell below expectations. Our room had no window and felt cramped, and corridor noise from people walking, talking, and staff moving around came straight through, so we couldn't sleep properly. The deluxe room was small and in poor condition for the price, with weak maintenance and no real value for money. The TV's OTT platforms weren't working either. At check-in, the room hadn't been cleaned properly and the bedsheet was already used. They changed it after we complained, but that points to poor hygiene and professionalism. Complimentary breakfast was fresh but average, with very few choices: one sabji, paratha, poha, and fruit. There wasn't enough variety or planning. Cleanliness, soundproofing, and service all need major improvement.
