Hotel Season 4

The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice and sanitized, and the staff were good. Our room had no windows for ventilation, though, so it may feel a bit stuffy to some people. For the room price, it’s worth it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our upgraded room was spacious and clean, though a little dated. The hotel also has a gymnasium and spa. Staff and service were good, and breakfast had a great spread with excellent service. Food and service come with high taxes, so the cost adds up. Renovation drilling continued until evening and made staying in the room impossible. We could also easily hear loud sounds from the room above or next door.

The rates were reasonable, and the service felt friendly.

We booked two rooms with friends. One smelled of cigarettes, but the staff changed it when we asked. The TV didn’t work, and the room was a little dirty. Its phone was broken and full of dirt, though we managed to call reception and order food. The thali from tipsy restaurant was tasty, but the room menu listed it at Rs 175 including taxes and we were charged Rs 200. Staff said the in-room menu hadn’t been updated, which was irresponsible. Please fix that. The bathroom was small and a little dirty, but there was warm water and we got two fresh towels. We asked for a complimentary water bottle and didn’t get one. Instead we got two small medimex soaps, two Almond oil pouches, and two shampoos. The total was 2670 Rs, including Rs 200 for food and Rs 80 for two water bottles, one bisleri and one local brand. That made the room Rs 1195 for one night, on 1/2nd January 2022, which didn’t feel worth it. We had already booked at 2277 Rs through makemytrip, but the hotel didn’t accept that booking. We arrived late at night and staff were still there to receive us, which was good. The same room is now available for 967 Rs for 10/11th January 2022. The stay was just OK 👍 They could do much better.
