The floor was so dirty and sticky that our feet turned black just from walking on it. We repeatedly asked reception to send housekeeping, but nobody responded. Hygiene and cleanliness were completely neglected. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and the bedsheet and pillow cover clearly hadn’t been washed. Essential items like towels, drinking water, and soap weren’t provided. After several requests, we eventually got a towel, but it was old and unclean. The hotel failed at hospitality, with poor management and little care for guests. I’d strongly advise others to avoid it. Owner, please take care of this.

You don’t get what you pay for here. The stay was unhygienic and the staff were negligent. They didn’t provide towels, water bottles, or soap. After we asked several times for a towel, the one we got wasn’t fresh. Very poor service and not recommended.

We paid a lot but got a poor stay, and there was barely any water. We had to fill buckets from another room, and the washroom was in concerning condition. We stayed because we had no choice. Service was extremely poor, and the hotel isn’t worth the price. There are many better, cheaper options, so don’t book here.
