Hotel Shiv Shakti by OYO Rooms

The room in person wasn’t the one shown in the photos, and there’s hardly anything else the hotel provides. Even the water and TV were an issue. The service was rubbish, with no staff manager, and the owner seems to handle things himself. I was also charged an extra GST amount, including 58 extra with GST charged separately when I paid online for my audio. Don’t be tempted by the low price. Pay a little more and look elsewhere.

The staff were polite, and the location worked well with everything close by. But the room was dusty, and the bedsheet, blanket, and room itself weren’t clean. There was hair on the blanket, plus dust on the table and cupboard. The rooms also looked very different from the pictures.

The room service was there whenever we needed it, and the price felt fair for what we got. The hotel’s in the middle of town, so getting here from the railway station was easy and hassle-free. I’d definitely stay again.

They can turn down your booking at any time, and the staff were abusive and terrible at providing service. Even though the property is listed on every portal for 400rs, they expect you to pay double. If you’re new to Jaipur, don’t book here unless you want trouble.
