I liked the place and enjoyed the stay, but the management was a problem. I had noted in advance that I’d arrive around 3:30 am. When I got there, they said I couldn’t get a room at that hour even though I’d booked, and asked for extra money. I’d suggest confirming the check-in time with the hotel before booking. A local auto taxi wala who drove us there helped us find accommodation. I should’ve listened when they suggested asking them about good rooms with facilities. In my experience, people in Jaipur, including the auto taxi wala's, are generous, honest, and good to strangers and tourists. That’s it.

The rooms were good, but the stay was awful. The fan and AC apparently couldn’t run at the same time, and when I complained, staff said nothing could be done. There was no one at reception to discuss it with, so it wasn’t resolved. The sheets and pillow covers were extremely dirty, though they were changed later. The bathroom facilities weren’t up to standard either. We booked suites but got a regular double room, and I don’t know why we paid extra. Complaints got nowhere, and the Wi-Fi password didn’t seem to be known. Worst stay I’ve had so far.

Don’t pay online when booking a room. When we arrived, the hotel denied that our room was booked and demanded extra money. There was only one quilt for two double beds. After we asked three to five times, they brought a small, dirty blanket. We argued with the manager, who then gave us another quilt. The washroom wasn’t good, and a tap kept dripping all night on 31 dec. Tpp........Tpp.......Tpp. It kept us awake and spoiled my New Year. There’s no parking facility.

Avoid booking this hotel through any website. They denied our online booking and demanded extra cash. When I said I’d complain, they told me to do whatever I wanted and said they wouldn’t accept the advance payment through the OYO app. Because it was New Year, I felt forced to pay extra charges, twice the original booking amount on OYO. The room they gave us also had no lock on the washroom door. A horrible experience with this hotel and OYO.
