I paid all the expenses including GST during my January stay, but they never gave me an invoice. At checkout there was no manager, and the help desk said they'd share it once the manager arrived. Later, when I called manish jaiman ji, he said they couldn't provide the invoice then. They also said they couldn't issue a bill for a past date when I first asked. Worst hotel experience. Please don't stay here.

The room was below average and so dirty that I'd value it at 650 rupees at most, if I had no other place to stay 😬. We booked through makemy trip, but the receptionist said they didn't know it and only took bookings through oyo. They quoted 2,000 rupees, then we called makemytrip in front of them. They told us to end the call and said they'd give us a room. It felt like the receptionist was trying to get more money with baseless excuses. Be careful of this kind of fraud.

The staff were mostly absent and didn't seem to care about guests' needs. The intercom didn't work, the TV had no setup box and wasn't functional, and Wi-Fi wasn't available. Basic things like water, tea, and food weren't provided even when requested. There was no housekeeping, and they always switched off the MCB as soon as you left the room. Even Rs.100 dormitory beds are better than this so-called Collection O. The hygiene was awful too. There was no sanitization, staff seemed unhygienic, and the situation felt infectious. Sewage smell filled the bedroom and washroom, with insects everywhere. Sheets, pillows, and towels had hairs, stains, and disgusting gunk. Dust fell from the fan even when it was off. The washroom felt shared and as if it was cleaned only once a month with water. The room hadn't been cleaned between the previous guest checking out and me checking in. Don't stay here, even for free. Don't be tempted by the cheap price, book a good Hotel/Townhouse with good reviews instead.

I booked this property on 22nd March for two nights, from 22 mar to 24 mar. At reception they told me the AC wasn't working. I cancelled, and they deducted 1,000 rupees. Now they won't connect me to customer care. I called 100, and they told me to file in consumer court, which I'm proceeding with. The reception staff were good, but they connected me to Mr Vikas, the property owner, who spoke very badly. I've recorded all the calls as proof. Oyo is a cheater. I'd have given zero stars if that option were available.
