The staff made our family stay memorable, especially Sawan, whose warmth and care really stood out. They were gracious and attentive, and even arranged an upgrade to a combined room for our comfort. We were also told in advance that a wedding would be taking place during our visit, which I appreciated; the communication meant we never felt forgotten. We visited May 4-6, and the property's beauty was striking, from the architecture and interiors to the atmosphere. It felt like stepping into Rajasthani royalty, and photos don't do it justice. One of the most palace-like places I've stayed, in the best way. If you're looking for beauty, a memorable stay, and warm hospitality, this is a must-visit.

A big thank you to the team at Hyatt Regency Mansarovar, Jaipur for making the stay feel memorable and like being with family. Mahaveer Ji from the swimming staff was so helpful and supportive. Mehnaaz and Anjali also took wonderful care of us. Anjali made our kids feel especially comfortable, happy, and cared for, and we'll always remember that.

At high tea, Anjali guided us through the activities and explained Medana art pottery making so beautifully. She was lovely at her work and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was welcoming and attentive thanks to Varun and the hostess, whose name I unfortunately don't recall. Renne helped us get to our room and was polite and helpful. Restaurant Manager Praveen was warm and professional, and personally made sure we were comfortable while dining. The duty managers, Abhijeet, Vishal and Navya, were very supportive and made everything smooth. Thanks to the whole team for a comfortable, memorable stay. I'd happily visit again.

The high tea for all guests included crafts such as bangles and pottery, plus live music, snacks, and drinks. We had a lot of thoughtful, attentive service, especially from Janvi in customer service and Mahaveer and dilkush at the Regency Club. The club itself was quiet and felt exclusive, with a decent range of food and drinks, though an hour later might suit it better. It's a stunning hotel, and as globalists we had a great experience. I'm surprised it's called Regency rather than Unbound. We strongly recommend a visit.

The staff's warmth was what stayed with me most, and Sawan deserves a special mention for being humble and helpful. Breakfast was a huge spread with something for every craving. The welcome drink was followed by a lovely hi-tea with Rajasthani dance and poetry recitals. Watching artisans make lakh bangles live was a charming, authentic touch. The entrance flower shower made for an unforgettable welcome, with lilies in bloom, serene fountains, and grand chandeliers all around. Staying here felt like entering a royal Indian mahal. It was a cultural journey wrapped in elegance and care.
