ibis Jaipur City Centre

We had a productive, trouble-free leadership offsite at ibis Jaipur from 12th to 17th January 2026. I’m Co-Founder of Quick Dry Cleaning Software; our group of eight, including management and senior leaders, used four rooms for annual planning 2026. The team’s support meant we could focus on work from day one without worrying about meals, logistics, or setup, and we had zero issues. For four full days we used the seventh-floor meeting room. It was simple and cozy, with comfortable chairs and tables, A/C, projector, whiteboard, pads, markers, reliable connectivity, a separate washroom, and an area for snacks and breaks. We also asked to hold some winter sessions on the terrace by the pool. The staff arranged tables, chairs, boards, and seating just as needed. Our schedule changed often, with terrace meetings until 3 PM and indoor sessions after lunch, but every switch went smoothly. Water, working markers, and projector connections were consistently taken care of. The rooms were compact but comfortable, clean, well designed, and thoughtfully laid out. The washrooms were small but functional. The hotel felt modern, neat, and welcoming, and the terrace pool, gym, restaurant, and meeting facilities were well maintained. Three people in our group had strict dietary needs, including diabetes, kidney-related requirements, and other specific food limitations. The restaurant and kitchen staff were patient and attentive, preparing special meals daily without confusion or inconvenience. That personal care stood out. The staff were among the most professional, accommodating, and supportive I've come across. Rishi Raj coordinated everything with great attention to detail. When he was on leave one day, Sunil stepped in seamlessly and kept up the same responsive service. ibis Jaipur made the offsite effortless, and I'd highly recommend it for corporate offsites, leadership meetings, and business trips.

The staff were really welcoming and warm, and the restaurant food was great. The amenities were good too. I don't understand why it's rated three stars, it should be a four-star hotel. A 10/10 stay for me, and I'd love to come back.

I travel to Jaipur often for work and have stayed in lots of hotels, but ibis has been a really good experience. The ambience is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Veenus and Tushar were both very polite. When I checked out to leave for my hometown, my booking was cancelled at the last minute. I called Veenus to ask if I could keep it, and she helped me retain the booking. That was a big help, and the stay felt professional.

Intesab and the F&B manager were empathetic and understanding when we raised our concerns. The staff were excellent and the food exceptional. The rooms weren't well maintained, though, and the washrooms felt dated. They changed my room but the experience was still the same. The property needs renovation. My three stars are for the people and the food; the accommodation didn't meet expectations and needs significant improvement.
