The rooms were roomy and neat, and the place had a cozy feel. I also really liked the clean, well-kept pool. The caretaker made us feel welcome right away, and the food was simple and tasted like a good home-cooked meal. It was a quiet, comfortable stay, and I’d be happy to come back.

Mr Rawat was the one bright spot. He was friendly, calm, and genuinely good with us, but that alone couldn't make up for the stay. We booked the luxurious room, yet basic things were broken or unfinished: the toilet seats, an electrical plug, and there was no bathroom door. The TV had no connection, and the pool was dirty. Parking had been listed, but there was nowhere on the property to park, so we had to leave the car near home satry or on the society roads. With just one staff member, orders took about an hour to arrive. The whole place was poorly maintained and half done. I can't really recommend visiting just because of Mr Rawat.

The price was reasonable, and we got very kind help from the staff. The food was excellent too. It’s a lovely hotel, and if I get the chance on another trip, I’d like to stay here again.

After driving 300 km and spending the day visiting the city, my family and I arrived to find we had no room. They denied confirming our booking, even though it had been confirmed, and we were left stranded. There was no staff available, and the contact number in the booking app was wrong. I’ve had a very bad experience with IKshana Boutique, Heritage home and similar names. It seems they may give your booking to someone else if offered a better rate. The photos are misleading too. Please be careful about taking a risk with these properties.
