We decided against booking after dealing with the staff at La Premier Resort. Their rude, arrogant, unprofessional manner was the worst part of the experience, and I haven't come across that kind of behavior at another hotel. It doesn't matter how attractive a property is if guests are treated badly. We were planning to book, but the way the staff spoke to us changed our minds. Instead of replying to customers quickly, the management should teach the staff basic manners and professionalism.

We stayed at the resort for a wedding, but it didn't provide the kind of facilities you'd expect from a resort. The water was very salty and smelled bad, and the staff offered no help. Bathrooms were dirty and unhygienic, and most of the fans and AC units weren't working.

No facilities, no water, no staff support or care. The bathroom and room were very dirty, and bleaching powder was mixed into the swimming pool water. This is the worst hotel, don't come here, everything about it is awful.

A really poor stay. There was no hot water for bathing, and the toilet and bathroom areas weren't clean. The staff were also very rude.

The rooms were completely unclean, and the water had a foul taste and smell. At dinner, we found hair in the food, which tasted bad too. The food was subpar in general, and there wasn't a proper handwashing area in the dining room. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Just a bad experience.
