We booked through booking.com, and it felt like the staff wouldn’t help us at all. At 12:30 a.m. in December, the service boy told my son to go up to the first floor and get drinking water himself. That floor was completely dark, and I only found out the full story the next morning. We also asked for an extra blanket, but the service boy told us to take one from the floor, where someone had left a used blanket. After all this, we couldn’t hold our patience any longer, and things turned into a bad situation with the service boy. Please don’t book this hotel, at any time or anywhere.

Don’t book this hotel through a booking app. They may refuse to let you check in directly. I was travelling with my family yesterday and had booked through MMT in advance, but when I called the hotel, they said they had no rooms. I don’t understand why they’re associated with MMT or OYO if they can’t handle online bookings. Put simply, don’t book online because they may turn you away even if you’ve paid in full.

If you book through a website, they may refuse to accept you and ask for extra charges. Be careful with hotels like this. Contact OYO or the booking site’s customer care, have them blacklist it, and file a police complaint so the hotel gets a proper lesson.

The room smelled really bad, and it wasn’t good otherwise either. The staff weren’t cooperative, and they didn’t even have an extra blanket. Such irresponsible service. I personally hate this place.

The room smelled bad, the bathroom was unsatisfactory, and the taps weren’t working properly. The TV and AC didn’t work either. The owner was rude. Going there was a total waste. It seems suited only to couples who want a place for a few hours.
