OYO 11754 Hotel Classic 7

The rooms were dirty, messy, unhygienic, and smelled bad, with rats inside and a broken toilet seat. The staff were awful too. When we cancelled, they didn’t return the advance we’d paid. A horrible place and experience. Never book a room here.

The rooms themselves are good, but the booking experience was very unprofessional. We booked online through OYO, then were told the hotel’s contract had ended and they couldn’t honor it. If that was true, they could have called to let us know. They also offered rates higher than OYO. It was too late to go elsewhere, so we had no choice but to stay.

Food quality wasn’t good, though the sharing rate of about Rs.1200 for three people, or Rs 400 per person, was reasonable. If your budget is tight, this place could work: it’s right on the highway, so there’s no need to go inside, and you can find good food nearby at the hotel highway King.

Food was awful, with almost no choice, and the kitchen was the worst. Service was very poor too, and the staff were irresponsible. Probably the worst hotel I’ve visited. -5/10, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
