Jaipur was good, but this hotel stay was a letdown. The owner or manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the place isn't recommended at all. They wouldn't take online payments and demanded extra GST for digital payment, but wouldn't give a proper bill generated online, only a cash memo. I paid cash for the first of my two days. At checkout, he kept confusing things and insisted I pay GST for both days without a valid reason. The room price shown online for three people didn't match what we were charged. The so-called “Royal Deluxe Room” was in poor condition: an open water bottle, a dirty washroom, and no ventilation apart from a window. The food was bad too, with the worst sandwich I've ever had. Between the overcharging, billing problems, rude behavior, and lack of hospitality, I'd tell people not to spoil their Jaipur stay by booking here.

Water had collected in the bathroom, but staff cleaned it quickly when I told them. The staff were helpful and gave us directions for getting around Jaipur. It would also help to have a sign on the main road so the hotel is easier to find.

I came with my family, and the staff weren't very good. The phone in the room didn't work, and there weren't even tissues in the washroom. We had to ask again and again for basic things like water, glasses, towels, and toiletries. The hotel service was very poor, and they didn't seem to care when guests checked in.

They charged GST on the services even though the service was very bad. They didn't provide RO water or good service, and gave us contaminated water to drink. They didn't even have a kettle.
