For the price, I found it good, especially if you're just passing through and need a night or so. The food here is excellent, and the staff are good too.

They took my prebooking money and then charged me extra. The AC didn't work and there was no water supply. Staff behavior was below average; they just took the money. The way they treated me was horrible, like an animal. I eventually changed hotels. Please don't book here.

There was no maintenance, and the corridors were far too noisy. Rooms and washroom were dirty, the blanket was dirty, and there was no cleanliness. The telephone and geyser didn't work, and they don't provide room service. The filthiest place. A big no ❌

The staff were very rude and had no sense of how to speak to customers. Rooms were dirty and expensive, and you can't book a room online or through the Oyo app.

They said the prices shown for their hotel on online websites were wrong and that the hotel costs more. They didn't want us booking through Oyo or any other website, and said they wouldn't honor online payment if we did book that way.
