OYO 7152 Gumaan Heritage

The hygiene and service standards were really poor, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. Our room had cockroaches, the bathroom smelled bad, and the room, bathroom, and overall service were in very poor condition. It made the stay uncomfortable. I checked the Google reviews before booking, but most seemed misleading or very old, perhaps from when the hotel was newly built. Its current condition is far from what those reviews describe. Very disappointing.

After I'd booked and paid in advance for a day and night, they refused to check me in, saying every room was sold out. They acted as if my prepaid room didn't matter and told me to contact the booking website. That was a very poor hospitality experience at Guman Heritage, and the way they do business felt unprofessional, unfair, and unethical.

The AC barely cooled, and there was no landline to call reception or the kitchen. There’s no safe parking either. If you stay here, you have to leave your four-wheeler on the road all night.

We went to see the hotel because we were considering booking a stay. The room they showed us smelled so bad that we started coughing. They said it was because it had just been cleaned, which struck us as a really funny excuse. One star only because there wasn't a lower rating.
