OYO 9649 Hotel Vijay Palace

The hotel was very badly managed, and the rooms were the worst for cleanliness. I hope no one books just because of the hotel’s star rating.

They charge for AC rooms even when the AC doesn’t work. The rooms and service were pathetic, and this hotel turned my whole Jaipur trip into a horror experience.

The hall was supposed to have two ACs, but they only switched on one, and it didn’t cool anyway. The room ACs were spoiled too, and water had filled up inside the room. They say there are many dishonest people here who cheat customers. For our program, we provided the food ourselves, but they still didn’t complete the work. After the meal, two waiters were missing and only one was working in the hall, and he didn’t do our work either. They provided water campers for only eight and charged for 25 campers. Brothers and friends, don’t hold a program at vijay hotel, and don’t stay in a room there even by mistake. Your program will be spoiled.

The housekeeping staff were unprofessional. There were no clean sheets or blanket, and even after I asked three times, they brought only one blanket. It was a terrible experience.
