Hotel Moon Light Palace Jaipur

I found this dormitory below average. The caretaker's behavior wasn't good, and he would sleep on guests' beds while they were out. The same key could open several lockers, which concerned me. I'm attaching real photos so you can see what the place is actually like.

The dining was a delight, with fresh, flavorful food and excellent service. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I felt pampered and loved my stay. I'll definitely return.

The only upside I found was the hot water, which was available around the clock in winter. The photos on booking sites like Yatra show Hotel Moonlight Palace, which looks much better in terms of cleanliness and appearance, so I found them misleading. At Moonlight Homestay & Hostel, service was very slow. I had to ask at least 5-6 times for basics like water and locker keys for my belongings, and some people went a whole day without water in the Camper, the portable water storage. I also don't think this place is for women. The staff seemed uninformed and had a backward attitude towards women. One staff member told me not to interact with a girl I had become good friends with during the stay. Their general attitude also made her feel like an outcast when she wanted to talk with other travelers.

Every staff member was courteous and attentive, and I felt valued as a guest. The rooms were beautifully maintained, the service was outstanding, and the location was perfect. Staying here was a delight, and I'd love to come back.
