The staff were warm and welcoming, and when we asked for clean sheets, they changed them. That was appreciated. Still, the duvet cover and other sheets were very dirty, and the small rooms smelled bad when we first walked in. The rooms were much smaller than the pictures suggested. Breakfast was poor on both days, with stale bread, tea that tasted like hot water, and barely any choices. The food was also far too expensive for both its quality and quantity. I'd look for a better hotel if you can.

The food and breakfast were good, and the reception attendants were responsive. The hotel is in a good spot, and the rooms were clean, though quite small for the high price. Kitchen service was especially slow. I had a good stay, but don't arrive with high expectations.

There was no drinking water, toiletries, proper towel, or decent bed sheets, and the room had stains and broken toilet fittings. Staff were rude, and I ended up booking another room at the last minute. Even though I'd paid online in full, they demanded extra money before check-in and made me wait an hour. I accepted the charge hoping for better service, but that didn't happen. The booking included complimentary breakfast, which they didn't provide.

The front desk didn't seem professional, room service was awful, and the place gave me a very negative, unsafe feeling. Rooms were tiny and dirty, whatever the Google and OYO photos show. Some doors were broken, and there was no towel, water bottle, shampoo, or body lotion. Even a 3.7 rating feels too high. Spend a little more and choose somewhere better.

We had booked 28 rooms, but the hotel double-booked them and took advance payments from both parties. The manager showed no interest in sorting it out. We waited three hours, and even after police were called, they gave us no rooms and sent us to another townhouse instead. That hotel's toilets had no water, and the breakfast was horrible. Please don't visit any townhouse. They're all terrible.
