Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur

This was my first visit to Ramada, and we’ll definitely come back. The full staff gave excellent service. Ms.Suprava and Mr.Manish especially looked after us like family at both dinner and breakfast. Thanks for a pleasant, comfortable stay.

The room had poor lighting and no proper place to work. I had an important meeting, but couldn’t work there. We ended up in a dingy lounge, then had to work on the terrace at night with poor light and no internet. They asked us to leave at midnight. The bathroom was tiny, the mirror was dirty, and the broken shower partition left water all over the floor. Breakfast was very disappointing, with the same limited choices both days, no yogurt or proper salads, and no alternatives when we asked. The stay wasn’t worth the money, and I strongly don’t recommend this property. I expect Agoda to take this seriously and arrange appropriate compensation. We were made to pay for the third person as soon as we arrived, but the proper facilities didn’t come on time. After asking repeatedly, we got a “hard mattress” instead of a proper bed. When we asked for it to be changed, we were treated as if we were making pointless comments. We were told third persons only get hard mattresses, which isn’t acceptable for paying guests. When we said this was a 5-star hotel and we’d stayed at many without this sort of problem, Vandana replied rudely and dismissively, word for word, “This is a 4-star property.” That was shocking and unprofessional. This is a verified 5-star hotel, so giving guests false information in such a rude way is unacceptable. Our recent stay at Ramada was terrible and far below what we expected of a 5-star hotel.

The buffet at Ramada was really delicious, and I’d recommend staying here. When we checked in, the room wasn’t good, but they changed it right away. Suprava, Narendra and Bhuvan were especially hospitable. I asked for some food to take along for the journey, and they packed it for me. Thumbs up to the Ramada Jaipur team 👍

The food was really tasty, and the room was very clean. Mr. Chef Narendra and Mr bhanjan were both very nice and gave us excellent service. The whole staff spoke kindly and treated us well. Thanks, we’ll come again. Regards, Sandeep Dhawal
