The rooms were peaceful and quiet, and I slept really well. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices and good service. The staff were friendly and helpful, so check-in was quick and easy. The location also made it easy to get to restaurants and attractions. Everything was well maintained.

We were so pleased we chose this resort for our two-day wedding booking. The views are beautiful, and getting there was convenient. What stood out most was how helpful and humble the staff were. Our guests were happy with the hospitality too, and we came away very satisfied.

The pool and garden are lovely, and from the outside the place has the look of an old palace. But it’s outside the city, and the rooms feel dated, right down to the old keys and squeaky floors. There was no hot water at first. Maintenance said I had to let it run for 5-6 minutes before it would get hot. For what I was charged, that was frustrating.

Our two days and one night at – The Gold Palace & Resort were memorable, and we’d love to return. The property was beautifully maintained, with a relaxing ambience and a real luxury feel. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was wonderful. The staff were very cooperative. Special thanks to Mr. Rajesh Singhania & Mr. Deepak, who looked after us with warmth, professionalism, and care throughout the stay.

We had a very nice experience here. It works well for a weekend getaway or family functions, big or small. The property is excellent, though the buffet could be improved.
